DECOR FONDO is a special waterborne primer made up of an emulsion of resins and additives. Both for interiors and exteriors. Its is the universal primer for all decorative finishes except PATINE CALCE., which requires HYDRO FONDO AM. DECOR FONDO is easy to apply, and has excellent opacity, breathability and is fully washable.
